As a Benefit Corporation, pursuant to and for the purposes of Law No. 208 of December 28, 2015, single article, paragraphs 376-384, the company intends to pursue, in addition to profit, one or more purposes of common benefit and to operate in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent manner towards people, communities, territories, the environment, cultural and social goods and activities, entities, associations, and other stakeholders.

In particular, the Company pursues the following specific purposes of common benefit:

• Promote environmental and social sustainability through transparent communication with stakeholders, identify and adopt corporate policies aimed at optimizing resources and managing them in the most efficient way to minimize waste while maintaining high quality levels;
• promote and support profit and non-profit organizations to contribute to the social development of the territory in which it operates, through donations and sponsorships;
• create a safe and positive work environment aimed at enhancing and ensuring the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the people involved in the company's activities, striving to ensure a balance between work and private life;
• encourage collaboration and synergy with other benefit corporations;
• adopt socially responsible behaviors to generate positive impacts on the local community, the territory, and the environment.
